Return & Refund Policy


My Healthy Bunny

At My Healthy Bunny, we deal in perishable and consumable food products made with clean, natural ingredients and without preservatives. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

As our products require specific storage conditions and are sensitive to handling, we are unable to restock or resell returned food items.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Quality Issues

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
      Product received in damaged condition
       Product leakage/spillage during transit
       Incorrect product delivered
       Proven quality defect

Important Requirement:

To be eligible for review:
       An unboxing/opening video is mandatory
       The video must clearly show:
       The sealed outer packaging before opening
       The shipping label
       The product condition while opening

Without an opening video, we will not be able to process the complaint.

3. Time Limit for Raising Concern

All concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via:

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

4. Storage Responsibility

Our products require specific storage conditions to maintain freshness and quality. Storage instructions are clearly mentioned on the product label and packaging.

My Healthy Bunny will not be responsible for:
       Improper storage after delivery
       Exposure to heat, moisture, or sunlight
       Damage caused due to mishandling

5. Refund / Replacement Process

If the issue is verified:
       A replacement will be shipped, or
       Store credit/refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

The decision of My Healthy Bunny regarding the resolution shall be final.
